I'm entertaining tomorrow so i'm going to cook a lamb pasta dish similar to a lasagne just now and then pop it in the fridge ready for Saturday supper, next I'm cooking smoked haddock with mash to eat tonight, and if there's time I'm also going to make a lemon trifle pudding for tomorrow night (if I can keep it that long)!
