Nando's - my way! My boys love eating out as much as I do, their favourite restaurant being Nandos. After a hectic weekend hunting for school shoes in Durham, my boys were left a little disappointed when a promised treat to their beloved eating house ended up with us sitting on a bench by the Cathedral eating a 'steak bake'... So mum here, promised to create a Nando's style supper at home. So tonight it's top table for two top boys, and on the menu is american style fried chicken with corn cakes....
